After being released from prison, Aileen (29) struggles with social isolation, unemployment, and the ghosts of her past. Soon, even the upsides of her sex work can no longer satisfy her longing for a better, more meaningful life. She begins impersonating a police officer on nightly patrols. When she steals a bulletproof vest from a client, a dangerous game unfolds, that promises power, adventure, and even love.
